Premium cottage is an individual cottage constructed based on the traditional kerala architecture. Each cottage is constructed with an area of 480 Sq. feet. Having served with a spacious bedroom attached with bathroom, a lounge area and a traditional Kerala sit- out (Charu-padi). The cottage is also equipped with a cable TV containing local and international channels.
